When you buy your Assyst software licences you automatically receive FREE support and upgrades for 3 months from the date of purchase. Our dedicated specialists will
use phone, email, and remote online access to provide:-
- free technical support in case you have trouble installing, or any other technical problem with our software
- free help desk support in case you need help getting the software to do something
- free upgrades with enhanced and new features usually 2 or 3 times per year
- regular newsletters with hints and tips to help you get the best out of our software
- eligibility for specials deals on additional licences, training visits etc
From month 4, you can continue this service by signing up to our Ongoing Support & Upgrade Programme. This is completely optional and will continue to provide all of the above services,
plus:-
- the security of knowing that if our software stops working because of a change to Microsoft Windows then our technical resources will find a solution
- the comfort of knowing that as FCA regulations and guidelines change, then our software will be enhanced to take these changes into account
- if you have a system crash / outage that affects the running of our software, then our technical resources will be available to help get you up and running again
- gives you input to our development process - we decide upon the enhancements we make to our software based upon input and feedback from our valued customers
- gives you the option of having our technical resources on hand if you need to upgrade your computers, replace your server, etc
