Before Assyst:-

Before Assyst, we used a number of competitor products.  The first one worked ‘okay’, but we had problems.  It was just so difficult to use.  It felt that they were almost looking to make it as difficult as possible!

Then we moved to another supplier, and it still wasn’t what we were looking for.  In hindsight, both suppliers were paid a lot of money considering what we actually got out of them.  It felt they were more suited to large companies as they were so expensive.  We felt we weren’t important enough to them, and it was still too difficult to use.  Every time there was a problem with one of these other systems, we had to make an appointment in their diary to speak with someone in Support.  This took days.

Why Assyst?

We searched for an alternative and saw the Assyst website.  We had a demo and liked what we saw.  We were impressed by the Assyst team, and the costs were so much more reasonable.  So right away we had a system that was very useable and so much more affordable.  Living with Assyst has been a very positive experience.  Now if we need Support, we will always get a telephone call back the same day.  Support is always a phone call away to help with something that isn’t quite straightforward, and they will share screens and resolve our problems for us.

So, as you can see, we are very happy customers indeed!
