Before Assyst:-

We were with a competitor product.  We had spent a lot of money, but never found it easy and they were changing things all the time!  If you ever found something that did not work right, you were always met with negativity.  It was just far too complex.

Anything we wanted was always an extra charge.  With everything else going on in our industry, and costs rising all the time, we certainly didn’t need this to keep increasing too.

Why Assyst?

Well, for a start Assyst pricing was far more reasonable!  

Assyst was much easier to work with, and to understand.  Support was excellent.  If we ever felt things could work better in some way we would email Assyst Support and they were always there to help and work with us, which is great.   Even now, if we think something needs changing or could make our job easier we suggest it and they are always there to help and do what they can.

The Future?

The one area I do feel will benefit us is Fee reconciling.  Having to do it manually is a very onerous task.  There is lots to think about, but I would definitely say we would benefit hugely.  We are currently looking into creating a profit and loss report, showing what we pay the advisers, and what we earn as a company from that element.  We feel this will be very useful.

In Conclusion

We would not hesitate to recommend Assyst Software to a prospective client to help support them with their business.   It has certainly been a huge help to us.  I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we ever made!
